Assalamu alaikum dear brothers and sisters,

The Day of Al-Quds is an internationally observed day of protest which occurs on the last Friday in the blessed Islamic month of Ramadan. This day is intended to bring people together, regardless of their background, to stand up against the injustices being perpetrated all over the world, and specifically in Palestine. It’s a day of remembrance and an expression of solidarity with all those who are oppressed. This Day is a reminder to always stand against the oppressors whatever form they take. 

Therefore in solidarity with all the oppressed of the world, especially with the people of Occupied Palestine, there will be nationwide demonstrations of Al-Quds Day in multiple cities today, Friday, April 5th 2024 (Jumma’ Tul Widah). Please attend the demonstration in a city near you.

The Holy Prophet (s) said: ” One who gets up in the morning and is not concerned about the affairs of other Muslims, is not a Muslim.”
